Key Account Manager
Position Description:
1. Obtain and transmit customer needs and market trends to the company in a timely manner.
2. Establish good relationships with new customers: develop new business and new customers, complete personal business development goals, and coordinate communication between customers and internal departments to maintain customer satisfaction and successfully develop new business.
3. Maintain relationships with existing customers: coordinate communication between customers and internal departments to maintain customer satisfaction. Maintain and increase the company's market share on the client side.
4. Regional market research, new application development, new product promotion, competition research, market analysis.
5. Agent management.
Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree, major in automotive, electronics, electrical or automation engineering. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
2. 5 years of sales and marketing experience in related industries. Successful project experience in automotive sales. 2-3 years of relevant technical support or R & D experience is preferred.
3. Have successful experience in key account development and management.
4. Agent management experience.
5. Have experience in new market development and market analysis.
6. Be able to travel frequently.
